1. Make sure your high-fiving forearm has exposed skin.

2. Make eye contact with your fellow high-fiving participants and make sure they're ready. You can high-five a whole crowd at once!

3. Count to three, and on the fourth beat use your non-dominant hand to slap the exposed forearm of your high-fiving hand, while moving the dominant hand through the high-five motion.

4. Show and tell others!
